Change, Transitions & Uncertainty

Change is part of every childhood. New schools, new classes, new houses, new routines, new people — alongside all the smaller changes nobody thinks to mention.

Most young people manage most changes. Some changes cost more than they appear to, and the cost is not always visible at the time.

This module is not about removing change or wrapping a young person in certainty. It is about understanding what a change might actually contain, reducing the unknown where you can, and knowing what helps afterwards.
